  • 25 lbs on smallest Metolius rung.
  • Open hand.
  • 3 mins between.

 

V8 project

~ 10 attempts, no send

little rest, just playing around with the crux mostly

 

Pinches

  • 25 lb plate pinches.
  • 3-3-3, 3 mins between. PLE 9
